5 Year Warranty
Lifted LED is serious about making sure our customers are satisfied. If you need to take advantage of our warranty, we’re ready to respond.

 

Lifted LED warrants against defects in materials and/or workmanship in our products for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, Lifted LED will repair or replace, at our discretion, any covered, defective product.

 

Within 90 days of the purchase, Lifted LED will incur all costs associated with the repair or replacement of the fixture as well as the return shipping. After 90 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping the defective product to Lifted LED. In turn, Lifted LED will assume responsibility for up to $50.00 of the shipping fees per fixture for the return shipment of the repaired or replaced product back to the purchaser. Return shipping fees in excess of $50.00 will be the responsibility of the customer.
